Samsung QLED 8K features
The newly launched televisions in India come with Bixby and Google Assistant that can be controlled by the user using voice. There is also a Far Field Voice Capability feature on the One Remote Control of the TVs that enable the users to use voice commands to control their TV from across the room. The TVs also come with support for iTunes Movies and TV Shows and Apple AirPlay 2. Consumers will be able to make use of their existing iTunes library and browse the iTunes Store. With support for AirPlay 2, users will be able to play videos, music, podcasts and more on Samsung Smart TVs. The company has also added an Ambient Mode on its new televisions that lets users apply an interactive background on their device. It will also be able to display artistic content like photos and works of art. The purpose behind this is to ensure that the QLED 8K YV doubles up as an interactive wall feature that blends in with the interiors.
The televisions also come with the One Invisible Connection and One Connect Box that will let users do away with unsightly wires dangling from the device. According to the company, the One Invisible Connection is a single translucent cable that powers a full-sized 8K display and it is barely visible against a blank wall. A number of external devices can also be connected to the TV through a media receiver called the One Connect Box, which also works with One Remote Control. Coming to the key highlight of the TV, the company has introduced the QLED 8K with its newest offering, which come with 8K AI Upscaling. The company’s Quantum Processor 8K uses AI machine learning and enables the television to transform all pictures into 8K. Samsung QLED 8K TVs make use of the Quantum Processor 8K that creates an even more detailed sound experience by tailoring the audio settings to the specific layout of the room in which the TV is kept.
