The upcoming smartphone has been in the news for quite a long time since the leaks and rumours started surfacing on the web recently. It is being speculated that Moto G8 Plus will debut with a 25-megapixel selfie camera and will be powered by Snapdragon 665 chipset. But if we look into the past Moto G7 Plus was introduced at an asking price of EUR 299.99 that translates to Rs 23,600 so there is a possibility that the Moto G8 will also carry a price tag in the similar price segment. Moto G8 Plus rumoured specifications and design Firstly, talking about the blueprint of the Moto G8 Plus, in the past, we came across some of the leaked images of the upcoming smartphone as well as its specifications. The upcoming smartphone is expected to carry a gradient finish on its back panel, a triple rear camera set up that will be aligned vertically on the top left corner of the phone also there will be a rear fingerprint sensor and will be available in two colour variants Blue and Red. While on the front there is a waterdrop-style notch housing a selfie camera. Now coming on the specifications, reportedly there will be a 6.3-inch full-HD IPS display offering a resolution of 1080×2280 pixels. It is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 665 octa-core SoC processor offering 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB on internal storage option. The storage can also be expanded using a microSD card and Moto G8 Plus will run on Android 9 Pie. Also, it is likely to pack a 4000mAh battery. In terms of camera, the Moto G8 Plus might offer a triple rear camera set up that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. Apart from that, the phone could also include a laser autofocus system for better focusing. While on the front it is possible to sport a 25-megapixel selfie camera.
